Aluminum-Plastic Pipe Stainless Steel Press Fitting is a specialized connector for aluminum-plastic composite pipes, utilizing stainless steel construction and press-fit technology to achieve leak-proof mechanical joints. Combining the flexibility of aluminum-plastic pipes with the strength of stainless steel, it's widely used in building water supply, HVAC, and gas systems.
Premium Materials:
Fitting Body: 304/316 stainless steel – corrosion-resistant, high-pressure rated, long lifespan.
Sealing Ring: EPDM or silicone – ensures reliable sealing in extreme temperatures.
Press-Fit Technology:
Specialized press tools deform the stainless steel sleeve, creating a dual seal (radial compression + end-face crimping) for a tight bond with aluminum-plastic pipes. No welding or threading required—quick, clean installation.
High Compatibility:
Compatible with multiple aluminum-plastic pipe sizes (e.g., DN15–DN32), suitable for cold/hot water, gas, and chemical transport.
Safety & Reliability:
High pull-out resistance, withstands ≥ 1.6 MPa working pressure and -40°C ～ 110°C temperatures.
1 Cutting pipe materials
Cut the pipe to the actual required length and try to keep the cut surface perpendicular to the pipe cutter.
2 Calibrate the pipe material
Use a tube re-rounders to restore the pipe end, ensuring a smooth and flat surface.
3 Marking
Mark the socket insertion depth on the pipe.
4 Insert the fitting
Fully insert the fitting directly into the pipe and inspect through the observation hole.
5 Press-Connect
Place the fitting into the press tool, ensuring the collet fully contacts the positioning ring.
6 Complete
Check the installation and complete the process.
